Somatic work invites us to reconnect with our bodies intentionally, experiencing our inner world as a source of insight and strength. This approach allows you to connect fully with yourself—thoughts, emotions, actions, and spirit—unlocking the deeper transformation you’re seeking.

When we are truly present with what’s happening inside us, we gain access to our most deeply held beliefs, desires, and strengths, illuminating a path forward that aligns with our values and aspirations.

In each session, we’ll begin by exploring what’s most present and meaningful for you.

We’ll use your body’s innate wisdom to explore patterns, release limitations, and find a new way forward.

Sometimes, that might look like gaining clarity around a tough decision or releasing tension that’s been weighing you down. Other times, it’s about uncovering a small insight that opens the door to something bigger.

Together, we’ll design embodied practices that help you turn insights into action—so the changes you make don’t just stick, but grow.

Through centering techniques and guided movement—including opportunities to explore pole flow—you’ll rediscover your body’s natural rhythm, learning to trust how it moves, feels, and flows.

Whether you’re dancing on the pole or moving on the floor, this class invites you to experience the freedom of expression and connection with your body.
