After over a decade in the corporate world, where I mentored and led others to success, I felt a deeper calling to help people cultivate confidence, ease, and joy in all areas of life.
For me, confidence has been a journey. Coming from the world of musical theater, I was used to performing, but I wanted something more real.
Something that allowed me to feel fully at home in my own skin.
Pole dancing became the catalyst for exploring my femininity, sensuality, and self-acceptance, giving me the freedom to love and embrace my body.
Dance has always been my language when words weren’t enough. It’s how I express, connect, and feel fully alive.
Over the past 10 years, teaching other women to find their confidence through movement has been my greatest passion. Helping women shed societal expectations and move in a way that feels true to them is at the heart of what I do.
In my classes, you’ll find a sacred space—a space where you can feel safe, present, and joyful in your body. Through sensory movement, we’ll tune into your body’s natural rhythm, releasing what doesn’t serve you and discovering what does.

In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll work together to address the challenges that so many of us face—anxiety, disconnection, burnout. Through gentle awareness and mindful exploration, we’ll uncover subtle shifts in your body that open up new possibilities for lasting change.
